We hope you love your My Rituals products as much as we loved creating them for you. If you are very unhappy with your My Rituals purchase or are not satisfied in any way, contact us at [email protected] to discuss an exchange or refund. You must provide a valid proof of purchase. On the rare occasion that you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue using the product immediately. To receive a full refund, no less than 80% of the product must be returned to us.
If you made an error when purchasing products from our website, we will gladly exchange your item for something else as long as it is returned to us in an unopened, original and saleable condition.
Shipping and additional postage charges are your responsibility and My Rituals will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you, My Rituals will replace the damaged goods provided that you provide reasonable evidence of the damage. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
